Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Shipping cost: €12.95
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

We offer a simple and transparent return policy. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cartouches de gaz et combustibles (Gas cartridges and fuels)
  • Produits d’Hygiène & Protection (Hygiene & Protection products)
  • Articles d’Entretien & Réparation de Tente (Tent Maintenance & Repair items)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Demande de retour/échange ». Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name and reference number (if available)
    • Quantity
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: details of the new product you want
    • Your full name, email, and phone number
  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Pack your item carefully with all original accessories and documents.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your request within 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • For card payments, the credit will appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount (refund or additional payment required).
  • Shipping costs for the new item are covered by us.

Important: This policy does not apply to items damaged during shipping or defective upon receipt. In these cases, please contact us immediately with photos as proof for a free replacement.
